Utopia Aberdeen

Utopia are one of Aberdeens most prestigious salons, and another long-term Intersalon customer.

Two years ago, Utopia were on the lookout for a new software package to manage customers and bookings. The existing paper-based system was causing the usual problems, with cancellations a particularly messy process. After trialling a selection of salon management systems, they particularly liked the look and feel of Intersalon.

During the trial period, Utopia made good use of Intersalon's unlimited (and free!) support options. We also provided remote training and support for staff, both over the phone, and using our remote-control software.

As a customer for over 2 years, we asked Utopia how Intersalon had benefitted their business.
