Kelvin hair moved to Intersalon from ‘Katernico’ salon management system, because it allowed the salon owner Rhonda Fraser an opportunity to manage the salon much better. This is because she can now run reports and analytics, to give a clear idea of how well the salon is running.

The reason they needed to switch salon management systems was due to their first system being very basic and not being able to provide them with necessary sales analysis such as reports on service and product sales, no shows by month and a general salon activity report.

Kelvin Hair is much better off now with an efficient salon management system as they have easy access to all information regarding the salons progress. They also have a full website with us that features online booking, a gallery page and lots of information about the salon.
